We are here to make your experience with us as pleasurable as possible. Please do not hesitate to speak with our staff regarding any questions or concerns you may have.
Appointments - CJ's services are by appointment only. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will try to accommodate you, but cannot promise your full services times.
Cancellations - Because your salon services are reserved for you, CJ's requires a minimum of four hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Spa packages require 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid incurring a 100% charge of the package price.
Gift Cards - CJ's Gift Cards are available in any denomination and are redeemable for merchandise or services. Cards must be presented at time of payment and are not refundable. Gift cards cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.
Gratuities - Gratuity is always at the discretion of our clients.
