Appointments – Hair appointments are encouraged as most of our hair stylists are busy. Walk-ins are welcome for skincare services.
Cancellations – Because your salon services are reserved for you, CJ’s requires a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Spa packages require 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid incurring a 100% charge of the package price.
Gift Cards – CJ’s Gift Cards are available in any denomination and are redeemable for merchandise or services. Cards must be presented at time of payment and are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
Payment– We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.
Gratuities – Gratuity is always at the discretion of our clients. It is not included in your cost of service, and you are welcome to show your appreciation to your stylist or esthetician by leaving a gratuity in cash or by adding it to your credit card payment. Gift cards may not be used for gratuities. The customary average gratuity for spa services is 15-20%.
