Our mission at CJ’s Hair Salon and Day Spa is to exceed our client’s expectations and bring our experience, our style & our art to you starting with your hair. Appointments – Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
Cancellations – Because your salon services are reserved for you, CJ’s Hair Salon and Day Spa requires a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Spa packages require 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid incurring a 100% charge of the package price.
Gift Cards – CJ’s Hair Salon and Day Spa Gift Cards are available in any denomination and are redeemable for merchandise or services. Cards must be presented at time of payment and are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Payment– We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.
Gratuities – Gratuity is always at the discretion of our clients. It is not included in your cost of service, and you are welcome to show your appreciation to your stylist or esthetician by leaving a gratuity in cash or by adding it to your credit card payment. Gift cards may not be used for gratuities.
